Kinfolk Said:  The Kentucky Folklife Play and dinner theater  is Sunday, April 28th at 4PM at the Clay City Amvets Post #67 at 99 Veterans Lane, Clay City, KY  40312.  Advance Tickets go on sale the first week of March and will be available at WSKV radio station on West Halls Lane  and from Red River Council for the Arts, Inc. Members.

Those wishing to participate in the performance need to register for the storytelling circles which will be the day before, April 27 at the Clay City Amvets.  We need storytellers, actors (young and old) singers, musicians, and scene directors.  We will begin the storytelling circles promptly at 9AM.  People participating in the storytelling circles will get a free lunch.    Children 13 and younger who wish to participate should come with their parents April 27th between 3pm-6pm. You must register officially to participate.  To register, contact Janice Lee Odom at 606-663-9431 or call FOCUS Magazine at 606-663-1011 or WSKV Radio at 606-663-2811.
